ENERGY WISDOM Tuesday:
Shhhhhhh…….The energy is slowing down. It is time for stillness and silence. Things will STALL. Not come through. This is for a reason. You have expanded and now it’s time for stillness, being in the present moment and integration. Your DNA is actually changing which affects the body’s rhythms. You are shifting old negative pre programmed thought patterns, letting go of and dropping the old self and old ‘story’s’. It’s a time to catch yourself if you feel a negative emotion arise from old responses (anger, fear etc). Ask yourself “is this happening to me now or is this an old tape, old program, old story”? “Am I in the old situation now?” When you catch yourself this will bring you into acceptance of the situation, the present moment, the here and now, and you will find the emotion will disappear. Takes you out of victim consciousness. It is time to remain open now and get use to saying “I don’t know”! The old paradigm of control was the need to know everything. The when, how, why, what! A sense of control. This shift is the opposite. It’s ‘I DON’T KNOW’. No expectations. And this can be scary! ‘Trust’ in order to remove doubts and fears. The moon is in earthly Taurus which will ground the expansive energies of late. Saturn is slowing down and preparing to turn retrograde (move backwards), Mars is already retrograde. So stalls and hold ups. You are in preparation. So today practice changing those thought patterns by showing love and GRATITUDE to yourself and others. By the end of this week we will see the biggest planetary shift since the 1800’s with Neptune moving into Pisces. Incredibly significant. More on that soon. In-Joy and shhhhhh…….
